TICKETS SALE AND VIEWING HOURS:
Tickets are $12. Non-refundable.
Tickets for online screenings are on sale through the PayPal system for 24 hours since you have received the code. You can buy a ticket in advance and then watch the movie. The Online Theater opens at 10 AM ET, November 5.
You can enter the code (provided to you via the ticket sale) any time but only once within 24 hours since you have received the code. Each code is valid for one viewing of the film you chose.
Note: If you would like to view the film a second time, you will need to purchase a new ticket and enter the new code.
HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:
Step 1
On the main page, please click on “Schedule” in the top menu. Or click on “Schedule & Tickets” button on the homepage.
Step 2
Make your selection. You can buy tickets in advance and watch within 24 hours since you have received the code.
Step 3
Click on “Pay & Watch” to buy tickets for the online screening.
Step 4
Please enter your email address below. Please make sure you have access to this email. This is the email address where you will be sent a code after purchasing.
Click on “Pay Now By PayPal”

Please check the email address you entered in Step 4.
You will receive an email with the code that you need to enter to watch the film on its scheduled day. If you do not receive the confirmation email with the code within 5 minutes, please check your SPAM folder.
Step 7
Enter code on the day you would like to watch within 24 hours since you have received the code.
Please refer to the screening dates: from November, 5, to November, 14.
Note: If you would like to view the film a second time, you will need to purchase a new ticket and enter the new code.

After copying and pasting the code from the email, click on “Watch the Movie”
Each movie will be screened two days during the festival’s program. Please read the synopses and make your selection. By clicking “Pay and Watch” you will be redirected to the screening page of the film on our online cinema website.
There you will see a field for entering an email and a button “PAY NOW by PayPal”
Insert a valid email address in the field ‘Email’ and press the “PAY NOW by PayPal” button to pay for the screening according to the instructions. The PayPal system has its own instructions on how to pay.
Then you will receive a code to the email box that you had entered in the field. (If you do not receive the email with the code, please check your Spam folder).
On the day of the film screening, according to the schedule, insert your code into the upper empty field and press the ‘WATCH the Movie’ button.
The movie will start downloading. Press the small arrow button (“play” button) on the left edge of a black movie screen.
Watch the movie. Please remember: you cannot pause the screening; each code is valid for one viewing of the film you chose (mimic a ticket for screening at a physical theater: you cannot stop the screening and come back later – the “door” would be closed). If you would like to watch the movie again you will have to buy a new ticket.
How quickly the film downloads will depend on your internet server. Also, please make sure to enter your code to watch the movie before 1:00 AM Eastern Time.
